TRIO Commercial Property Group adds 1.8M-s.f. to portfolio, makes hires

TRIO Commercial Property Group announced it was awarded a 1.8-million-square-foot industrial portfolio for leasing and management services.

The assignment from Weston Inc. encompasses five prominent Louisville properties, the bulk of which are industrial, office and flex space, according to a news release.

TRIO now oversees management and leasing efforts for more than 3 million square feet of property in the Kentucky and Indiana region.

Weston is a Cleveland-based owner, developer and manager of more than 28 million square feet of space in nine states east of the Mississippi River.

Weston focuses on providing homes for businesses, through value-add creative solutions. It is a 50-year-old family-owned company. The Weston portfolio encompasses more than 250 tenants and includes the following regional assets in Louisville:

  • Quantum Business Center, seven buildings (182,268 square feet)
  • Weston Riverport, one building (200,000 s.f.)
  • Bluegrass Corporate Center, 12 buildings (394,200 s.f.)
  • Westport Distribution Center, six buildings (690,160 s.f.)
  • Jefferson Trade Center, eight buildings (363,900 s.f.)

To maximize this growth, TRIO has expanded its industrial team with the addition of three key hires: Dalton Dreisbach, Adrianne Gaytos and Dexter Outlaw. This team, alongside Justin Baker, Becky Norton and Seth Edens, will spearhead the management and leasing efforts for TRIO's fast-growing industrial portfolio, the release notes.

TRIO’s expanded industrial team boasts a wealth of knowledge and experience that reinforces the firm’s commitment to excellence in industrial leasing and management services. The three latest additions bring more than four decades of combined experience to the TRIO team.

  • Dreisbach, industrial specialist at TRIO, brings nearly 20 years of experience in industrial real estate. Previously at Stephen C. Gault Co., Dreisbach has demonstrated a strong track record of success and is a recognized leader in the field, having served as the Kentucky CCIM Chapter President in 2016. Licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana, Dreisbach's expertise covers a wide range of industrial spaces, including distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, flex spaces and industrial land.
  • Gaytos, a seasoned industrial property manager with more than 13 years of experience, joins TRIO as senior property manager. She formerly worked for logistics real estate giant Prologis, where she managed 14 million square feet of industrial and flex-space properties across the Chicago, Columbus and Cincinnati markets. She holds a degree from Western Kentucky University and an MBA in International Business from Dominican University in Chicago.
  • Outlaw complements the team with more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal services. Since obtaining his MAI designation in 2019, Outlaw will focus on all aspects of commercial real estate, specializing in leasing, sales, development and appraisal of various property types. A graduate of Western Kentucky University in finance, Outlaw also serves as chairman of the Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers Board, holding multiple licenses in Kentucky and Indiana.
