Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. (NYSE: ETH) is bringing a new store to Louisville.
The high-end furniture retailer has signed a lease to open a 7,000-square-foot Ethan Allen Design Center at 4230 Summit Plaza Drive inside the Paddock Shops, Catherine Plaisted, vice president of marketing for Ethan Allen, confirmed to Business First.
The store, which is tentatively scheduled to open in April or May, will cost $350,000 to build out, according to a permit filed with Louisville Metro Government.
“This strategic move will enhance our ability to cater to our clients, as the new design center will showcase our latest innovative technology and premium designer workstations and tools, enabling us to deliver exceptional service. We aim to establish ourselves as ‘The Interior Design Destination,’” Plaisted said in an email.
A Paddock Shops representative declined to comment when reached Thursday by phone.
