Richard Brent is a commercial real estate agent with a 26+ year background in the dental market.  Through his position with Nashville Dental, he has helped many dentists with remodels, expansions and ground-up projects.  Those projects include site selection, design and floorplan layout.  His partnership with the TRIO team will allows an incredible opportunity to help clinicians reach their ultimate practice potential through.  Coupled with his extensive network of dental experts including CPAs, attorneys and marketing companies he is one of the most experienced dental project advisors in this region.

Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Richard graduated from Ballard High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Louisville.  Richard and his wife Jennifer have four wonderful children, Trevin, Alyssa, Samantha and Ava.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with the family at the lake and rooting for the UofL Cardinals.
