As part of our property management accounting team, Meagan provides an attention to detail for processing payables to vendors that serve our managed properties.  She also oversees utility payables and benchmarks utility consumption to achieve sustainability goals for our assets.

Prior to joining TRIO, Meagan was a buyer for Louisville’s iconic Rhodes For Him/For Her apparel store.
