Dalton embarked on his commercial real estate journey 19 years ago at Stephen C. Gault Co., where he honed his expertise in industrial real estate. Now as a Industrial Specialist at TRIO, he brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to the team.
 
During his tenure at Stephen C. Gault Co., Dalton led a diverse range of projects, from representing industry giants like FedEx and First Industrial Realty Trust to assisting local and regional businesses like RNDR Medical and Peterman Brothers HVAC. His comprehensive experience spans landlord and tenant representation, site selection, development, construction management, and property ownership. Dalton earned his MBA from Bellarmine University.
 
Dalton is a member of CCIM and SIOR, even having served as the Kentucky CCIM Chapter President in 2016. He is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana and his expertise extends across all types of industrial spaces, including national and local distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, flex spaces, and industrial land.
 
Outside of his real estate career, Dalton retired from coaching high school soccer in 2023 after 25 years of dedicated service. He enjoys exploring new hobbies such as practicing yoga, hiking, and engaging in mission work in Eastern Kentucky with his teenage daughters.
