Brice works in Property Management for TRIOs third-party managed assets to add value to our clients and their real estate investment portfolios.  He holds an MBA from Mount St. Joseph University where he spent his collegiate career playing baseball for MSJ and interning with State Farm. When Brice is not inspecting properties, interacting with tenants and vendors, and analyzing property financials, he enjoys spending time with family and friends on the lake, hunting and fishing, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
